Since Hotmail recently changed the format of everything-- I no longer can find the button to forward e-mails. It used to be on my tool bar. Where is it?-- What do I do????

How do I edit a single contact, I followed the instructions and found like many others that postee, it didnt work, there was no red tool bar with edit on it, just a blue one with nothing on it!!.........it used to be so simple to just click on the contact
and everything would come up that you needed to edit or delete ect........what is going on, this is ridiculous....I have 3 contacts to edit, and new ones to add and cant do a thing!! Please help, or even better change it back to the way it was!!

since I up graded Messenger I do not have a icon on my tool bar or my desk top, when I long into hotmail it signs me into messenger but does not open a chat screen.
