While typing an email, all the lettering suddenly became very small and hard to read. I must have hit something accidently. Using Windows 7. How do I return to larger lettering ?
Why do I have to click on everything twice before it works? Such as inbox, reply, junk. Or if I try to delete something it takes me back to inbox and I have to click delete a second time for it to work. Frustrating. Thank you. Susanne
In my contacts, the categories information has been changed. I can no longer access my categoris to edit. I need to be able to access catetories and add or delete contacts. Something has messed up this info in my contacts. What do I do?
How do I find my contacts? Now PEOPLE comes up with nothing below it. PEOPLE is something new to me.
Also how can I remove one person/email from a group that I send to?
Every time I log into my hotmail, I keep receiving an IM from a person who is not in my contacts and I have as a blocked sender. Is there something else I can do to stop this from happening?
why does hotmail contacts go to something called people when I click on it? I can't figure out how to add or delete contacts from existing groups. Can I go back to the classic view? If not, how is adding contacts to groups done?

I used to be able to see my friends friends but this has stopped all of a sudden in the past few days - have i done something in my settings to cause this?? any ideas ????
I accidentally hit the wrong key on keyboard and it did something to my email that made it so small I can't read anything on it's page. How do I get back to normal size?
