Email signin is blocked. Have tried password reset, account recovery and read through forum entries. Have completed questionnaire multiple times in past few days, but no validation from Microsoft. Looking for ideas that will work. @live.com is primary

When typing my signin address for hotmail, several email names come up to choose from. How do I delete them from the list.
I have to signin each time I try and check my hotmail email. What can I do to stop this?
