I've tried several times to log in into my account. after answering the verification questions i was successful so i changed my password and security question. after login out i tried login in again with my new password and was told i could not. so i filled
out the form again to verify my account info and now it says i can't get back in because i've tried too many times. now they are asking as a final decision to open a new account.
I have spoke to your online chat support and they have advised to post here, I cant access my hotmail/microsoft account as do not know the answers to my security question (account was setup when I was younger) and the secondary email isn't one I use either,

It appears that someone has hacked into my hotmail account and changed the password reset settings (phone, email, security question) so I cannot retrieve account. Form to enter personal information keeps telling me not enough information supplied. How
do I fix?
Good evening everyone. a current family member has had her account password hacked/stolen. We have tried the regular routes to try to recover the password as in with the security question was not an option since she had the account for a very long time
and forgot the answer. Also after chatting with a Live agent she directed me to the form to fill out with the account info and the last emails send and whatnot. The problem is that when trying to submit the form there is a message that pops up saying that
there have been too many recovery requests for the account which is weird since there were no requests that were made that i know for a fact (I know that Microsoft has a 3 requests per 24 hours rule) which is leading me to believe that someone else might be
trying to access the account. I tried to find a phone number to talk to an agent but that proved fruitless since Outlook.com does not have any phone support I believe. If anyone else have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
I can't remember any of the info for an old account apart from the email address. I need access to it but it won't let me and says i need to fill out a form that i have no hope of completing enough info to get a response. When I try to use the option to
send a password reminder to my current email all that shows up is this:

We'll send a password reset link to these email addresses.

So there is no way of accessing this info as it can only be sent to whatever this shows.
Is there any way of changing it to send to my actual email address?

I use to have 3 email accounts linked to one but since the Outlook Update they took the link away.
Now i only have access to two email accounts.
I have remember one Security question to one account but i can't remember the other one.
I have filled out the form but i still havn't recieved any emails telling me if i have provided enough info etc.
I just need to speak to someone from Hotmail and i can tell them exactly what i get in there and what i have emailed in the last couple of months.
Can't use that form or try answering the sercurity question.
Need to speak to a Human or have a Human look into this please

I have a couple of hotmail accounts I use infrequently
Today, I have been locked out of both - starts off reporting "enter your password and the characters in the picture correctly".
Well I know the password is correct 'cos I copy/paste it.
Is there some problem with the captcha?
So I go down the 'cant access your account route' and end up with the security form.
Well I only recorded the key security questions I was asked when I signed up for the account - DoB,. security question but these don't appear anywhere on the form
I mean what was the point of asking security questions if they were not going to be used.!!!
So is there now anyway I can recover these accounts?

i,ve forgotten the password to one of my hotmail accounts. i also have no idea as to the answer of my security question as i`ve had the account for over ten years and cant remember the answer.
i.ve tried the questionnairre on password reset but am unable to give enough info apparently.
tried the live help but they just sent me a link which i needed to sign in using my password (which i dont know)
phoned customer service which just sends you back here?

My hotmail account has been blocked because of possible outside tampering. I can not remember my security question from ten ago when I set Hotmail up and I have a different phone number now so they will not let me back in. I contacted the Microsoft on-line
safety team and they sent me here. I need all the notifications and information that come into that email and I need to recover it. HELP!
