Hello,

I have a problem

Emails sent at secondary address (@hotmail.fr) are not received:

[65.55.92.168] #<[65.55.92.168] #5.0.0 smtp; 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-"SC-002 (SNT0-MC3-F8) Unfortunately, messages from 81.252.179.235 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors." (delivery attempts: 0)> #SMTP#

It's OK if they sent at primary address (@outlook.com)

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

I've been having trouble consolidating two Microsoft Accounts. One is connected to a primary email address, and another to a secondary address. I had created two due to the confusion with signing up for Windows 8 Consumer Preview, and transitioning to Windows 8 Pro. I used primarily the account associated with my secondary address - however, some items were associated still with the other account. After transferring those products over, I thought I would be able to close the first one (associated with my primary address, which I did), and add that address as an alias to the second account. However, when I attempt to add my primary email address (now disassociated with the first account), I get the error message in orange text above the input box: "This email address is already taken. Please try another."

Is this a glitch in the Microsoft system, hard to find in the menus, or is it intentionally disallowed? Furthermore, if it is possible to do this, how would I go about doing so?

Thanks
I have searched the community and seem to not find an article that exactly fits my needs.

I have custom domains that I am using for outlook.com accounts. To one of my accounts I would like to add additional addresses for which that account will receive email. I have two scenarios (fake names used). Assume the domains (domain1.com and domain2.net) are already set up in windows live domains and usable.

1) I have the account "bob at domain1.com" Bob would also like receive messages sent to the address "robert at domain1.com" in the same mailbox. The address "robert at domain1.com" is NOT another email account. I would just like to add it as an additional receive address for the account. Can this be done with a custom domain and outlook.com. If so please provide specific instructions?

2) I have an account "tim at domain1.com." Tim would also like to receive messages sent to "tim at domain2.net" in the same mailbox. Can this be done with a custom domain and outlook.com? If so please provide specific instructions.

Thanks!
I've been hacked, and I have more times than i can remember, tried to reset my password but it just wont happen.
I've gone through the process of entering my details, getting an email sent to a secondary address, answering security questions and all sorts.
Cant seem to find any way of contacting windows live directly to see if they can help either.
Does anybody have any idea as to what to do please?
