I am unable to attach a File/doc/photo when am trying to create a new Mail past 2 weeks. Its showing error like internet connection is slow, But my internet connection is fast.

I recently had a crash of my MacBook Pro and had to format and reinstall all of the applications. Fortunately I had a backup disc of all of the Data including the Microsoft User Data Folder in Documents. I now want to import all of my old emails back into

Looks like a HOAX to me.
Whenn I Log into Windows live for my sky account it adds all the inbox ,but it does not lad all the folder atached to this account ie the spam folder

I would like to ask why when i log into my hotmail to check my email, then my messenger will show appear offline to my friends?
Or when i log into my messenger, then when mail send in, i click to view my email, then my messenger will turn to appear offline to my contacts.
Can help me to solve my problem? Very headache of it.

My Outlook for Mac seems to delete older e-mail, how do I avoid that, I have checked the account settings and can't find any "time delete" setting of any sort.
I have checked my Office Outlook Web Access and they are not at the server to. (missing there also)
I am using a hosted exchange 2007, other users of the same server running Windows Outlook don't have this problem.
