Windows Live Mail sender problem

When I attatch and send something from Windows Live Mail and it arrives to the sender, they tell me it has someone elses name in the from box.

Cassandra Holmes always goes out with my mail as from and I have tried to delete her from everything in my computer. I sent her pictures one time and

since that time she comes up as the person sending anything from Windows Live Mail. I do not have this problem with Hotmail but do with Windows Live Mail.

problem with sending group email

I want to send a group email to 800-900 addresses,but everytime I try to send the email a message pops up saying that there is a problem with 'x' contact, when i delete that contact from the email, a new message comes up saying there is a problem with 'y' address. Is there a way I can just send the email even if there is a problem delivering to some email addresses??

Hotmail screen switches 5 seconds after opening

Five seconds after I sign into hotmail, the screen switches from whatever email or folder I am in to the screen where you write a message. I have to keep reopening an email, read it for 5 seconds or if I'm fast enough print it out before it switches so I can read the email. This problem just started today. I have to my knowledge not made any changes on any settings. I am opening hotmail through Chrome. Any suggestions how to fix this? This may be the deciding factor in dumping msn altogether and just using gmail.

Hello everyone, I tried to sign in to my msn account and it said it was blocked because it was reported as a spam sender... So I provided my information and was able to recover my account as my password was changed. When I was inside my account information, I noticed I had another telephone number registered. I am trying to update my telephone number and my email, and The previous email I had no longer exists. The domain name is even eliminated. I cant find anyway to update it as I add new emails and click the confirm button and it never sends me the confirmation code to my email or my mobile phone. Is there anyway I can get this information removed so i can get a fresh start or do you know of any other way to reset them? Thank you for your time .

live messenger on mobile device log in error (invalid user name & pw)

Anyone having problem log in MSN on their mobile device ? I tried many times but it show the user name or password is wrong (I am sure they are correct). I also tried on my friend's device and it is not working as well.

We are getting "There’s a problem displaying your events and to-dos right now. Please try again later." New calendar entries are not being saved. How do we fix this?

The only results to this question posted by others is technical support. This is a new Htomail Calendar problem for us. What is going on? What do i need to do to see my new entries and calendar?

Mac Outlook 2011 no longer runs after upgrade install, incomplete DB rebuild, and Outlook reinstall

Just tried to install the latest Mac Outlook 2011 upgrade (14.2.2) per Microsoft Updater push notice. The Upgrade stopped midstream and said a Database Rebuild was required to complete the upgrade. The process would never complete itself and I ended up with a long error message every time i tried to restart Outlook. So, per recommendations on this site, i deleted Outlook and reinstalled it. Still have the same problem and do not know how to fix. I did not have Time Machine running when this happened and my last backup of the MS database was quite a while ago.

Anyone know how to restore my DB and get Outlook running again? Thanks.

MASSIVE Deleted Items folder causing rebuild message

Hello all,

One of our employees here has been getting the message telling her she needs to rebuild her database. The database was rebuilt, but after Outlook failed to open. I switched her back to the old identity (pre rebuild) and Outlook opens again.

The problem only appears after she opens her deleted items folder to find an email. Apparently her deleted items folder has over 30,000 emails.... She says whenever she tries to empty it it takes too long so she cancels it.

I want to start a brand new Identity for her but she doesn't want to lose all her other emails that have been organized into other folders. I thought about exporting the messages into a .olm but in my testing i found that when import it back into a new identity it brings the deleted items folder with it.

Is there an easy way for me to get rid of her deleted items folder from her current identity? I dont want to do it from within Outlook because it would take too long, and its possible it could crash in the middle of it.

If the above is not possible, then I will have to create her a new Identity. Is there a way for me to export her other messages and reimport without bringing deleted items with it?

This is for my boss who is extremely busy so I have very little time to troubleshoot on her machine. Any help would anyone could give would be much appreciated.

Problem with changing default font for messages

I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to change the default font for messages in the Preferences of Outlook 2011. Is there some secret? I change it. Close the window. Reopen the window and go to the Fonts tab for Preferences. It's back to Calibri. I've tried changing it, quitting Outlook, relaunching Outlook, and checking the Preferences, only to find that it's reverted to Calibri. I've changed other Preferences, but this one won't take. Please help.
