My Hotmail account doesn’t look like Outlook anymore?

My hotmail doesn't look like Outlook anymore, I can't see the buttons at the top as there's no main menu bar showing. So there's no "Outlook" logo with the down arrow beside it.

This means I can't access my Mail, People, Calendar, Skydrive icons.

I also can't see the options icon.

My computer isn't asking me to sign in, it just goes straight into my mail. This means I also can't sign out!

outlook does not keep compatability mode and keeps refreshing until it times out.

just by loging on to outlook mail (hotmail),by the time you tag the 3 to 5 mail in the box to mark as read or to deleat a mass number or group, incompatability problems acourd and outlook re-sets it's self to the point that it loses it's way back from where it was.  This started with ie8, it got fix,

was working with i9 and after a auto update by windows vista the trouble's back. i can't undo 26 security updates

How to import signature files?

I am using Outlook 2011 and had to reinstall it on a new 10.8 Mac.   I have the signature files from the old machine, but I can't figure out how to import them in Outlook. I copied them to the same folder in the new machine but Outlook doesn't seem to see them. What is the right way to import them?

Three days ago, I signed up for an account in outlook.  When I tried to send approximately 25 e-mails to friends so they would have my address I got this.  Can,t verified and e-mail limit exceeded.  I was using my outlook 2007 with outlook connector installed.  I also moved my occupied folders under the new e-mail address.  Someone said in another discussion that the .pst files could be exceeded.  I have 450 megabites in a file folder.  I don't know where they came from, or how much is supposed to be in there.  One error I got trying to get verified was server problems.  How can I exceed e-mail limits when I only tried to send 25 e-mails the first time?

Outlook 2011 Reminders Wont Dismiss from PC Outlook Invitors

Like many of the repeating threads on this forum, Outlook 2011 reminders suck hard.
 
Whenever I get an invite from a PC Outlook user to an event, my reminders will keep coming back over & over again for past events even when they have been dismissed. I have rebuilt my database numerous times and trashed all my preferences. Since its an invite to a recurring event, I cant really delete them and recreate them without going through a huge issue of declining and being asked to be re-invited. If I simply click delete, the event comes right back.


Please, Microsoft, for the love of god fix reminders.

Junk appearing in my Inbox on Outlook for Android

I use Outlook.com for Android on my smartphone. Junk mail is now appearing in my Inbox even though on my PC, both in the Office client as well as the Outlook.com Internet program, the same Junk continues to go to Junk.

How do I fix?

Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.

Started just this morning; I've been able to sign into a different address on outlook and everything works fine. Browser is optimized. I am able to view calendars and contacts but when I go to Outlook, this message turns up. I have reported it several times since this morning and nothing has changed.

How do I delete old address without losing mail in Outlook for Mac?

I have Outlook for Mac 2011 and set up 3 emails from Comcast. I switched providers and set up Verizon accounts and continued to get emails from both. 

As expected, I can no longer access the old provider. But now I am getting constant "Could not retrieve mail" errors and would like to instruct Outlook to stop trying to access Comcast. I need to save the older emails so if I delete the accounts, will I lose all of my older emails?

Is there a setting to keep the accounts, but instruct Outlook not to try to access mail?
