I cannot open or save Excel attachments to incoming e-mail messages.  The commands are there- double click and right click.  Nothing happens.

This is in Hotmail or Outlook.  I want to be able to save attachments to my PC.

If I just launch it and quit, it's fine, but if I've been running it for a few hours or a few days (I leave it running for days on end usually, not rebooting or quitting very often), when I quit Outlook, it almost always crashes (though it looks like it's quit just fine) and I get the Microsoft Error Reporting (I always send in the crash information).  I've rebuilt my database and Outlook otherwise works just fine, it's just that it bugs me that it keeps crashing when I choose quit (or rather press Cmd-Q).

Any ideas on how to fix this, or at least troubleshoot it more?  I'm running 10.8.2 (but this has been going on since 10.7.x) and I don't see anything in Console's DiagnosticsReports directory (no crashes for Outlook, though a few crash dumps from other applications that have crashed in the past).

Thanks!
Hi All,
My office reminders, that I have previously dismissed both individually and as all continue to persist and reappear whenever I open Outlook for Mac.  Any advice on this?

Thanks,
Monte
I am using Office for Mac 2011. I have a message that has been stuck in my Outbox for 6 mos or so. When I try to delete the message, Outlook locks up totally unresponsive. I have waited over 30 minutes to see if it comes back with no avail. I have to Force quit Outlook. The message is still there.

Any help on being able to delete this message?
Hello,

I use outlook with my iMac and I tried too send a message without realising the size was too much. I deleted the email out of the outbox but for some reason the outbox seems to think it is still there and keeps trying to send it.

I have tried working offline and deleting but there is nothing to delete.
I have tried rebuilding the database but no change.
I have tried creating a new identity on the database and still no change.

Does anybody have any ideas. I am wondering if I need to unistall Ms Outlook and reinstall. I am just worried about my content within it.

I unintentionally upgraded to outlook when I clicked on a 'outlook group' email.  I believe that it was dishonest for outlook group to do this to me, without my permission.

This outlook format is awful and completely user unfriendly.  How do I get my original hotmail format back?

I have an older Mac Air that I am a migrating to the newer model. Both running Office 2011.

My idenitities folder is 26gb in size in the "old" Mac. What is the easiest way to transfer all the emails to the "new" machine?

Thanks in advance.
