I have Office 2008 and just added MS Office Home and Office Edition. Outlook asks for the deletion of daermon from startup

any thing on outlook for mac 2011 what file where is being asked to be deleated

is it the Daermon app or a line item in a stratup script and ist an outlook script or a MS Office script
