I have Office 365 Home Premium (9.99/mo) installed on my MacAir using the latest version of the Maverick OS.  Only 4 icons show W P X O.  Where are One Note, Access & Publisher.  I have deactivated and reinstalled and the same 4.  I have been using this for at least 6 months.  I think when I first installed, I had all the applications but now they all don't show.  What could have happened?
I've been a long time SkyDrive user, since 2007 or so. As a result, I have 25GB free storage on SkyDrive. A few months ago, I subscribed to a trial version of Office 365 Home Premium. It added an extra 20GB space to my SkyDrive, as advertised, and for a while, I was happy with the 45GB total storage space.

Last month, my trial expired, and I activated a new paid 1 year subscription to Office 365 Home Premium. I expected my storage space to remain the same - 25GB free plus 20GB from the Office 365 subscription, for a total of 45GB. However, my SkyDrive now only shows the 25GB free storage space. It's been 15 days since I activated Office 365, and I am yet to see the additional 20GB storage space.

I've already checked the basic stuff - I am using the same Live account for the Office subscription and SkyDrive. Just to be sure, I also checked all my other Live accounts and didn't find the extra storage hiding in any other account either. I contacted SkyDrive customer support, who failed to resolve the issue and transferred me to the technical support team, who also failed to resolve the issue and transferred me over to billing support, who failed to resolve the issue as well, and told me quite plainly that there was nothing more to be done.

None of the support folks seem to know about the time Microsoft offered SkyDrive customers 25GB free storage, and so all of them claim that 25GB is all I am entitled to even with the Office subscription. I have confirmed that this is not true with some other folks who also have 25GB free storage and are running Office 365 subscriptions. All of them have 45GB storage space in SkyDrive. Plus I myself had 45GB storage while running the Office 365 trial.

I even tried reaching out to the SkyDrive Twitter account, but haven't heard back from them. I have now reached a dead end, and know for a fact that I am getting stiffed out of the services that I have paid for. The customer support doesn't have any idea what to do, and I have no clue whom to escalate to. I will appreciate any advise on how to resolve this matter.

Thank you very much.

I have Office 365 Home Premium on my Windows 7 Pro PC and I have a Windows 8 Phone.

My desktop Outlook Account uses Exchange ActiveSync

Some emails that show up in Outlook.com, on my Windows Phone 8 (server is bay-m.hotmail.com), on my iPAD (set up as MAPI) do not show up on my desktop Outlook.

It seems to me that this happens occasionally and only with threaded emails. My desktop Outlook does not thread emails (neither does the iPAD for that matter) whereas Outllok.com and Windows Phone 8 do.

So far as I can tell Contacts and Calendars all sync properly between desktop Outlook, Outlook.com and Windows Phone 8 (iPAD syncs properly with entries from the Windows world but calendar and contacts entered in iPAD do not show up in desktop Outlook, Outlook.com or Windows Phone 8) .

It is only desktop Outlook that is on occasion missing emails. This is a significant problem for me as desktop Outlook is where I organize my email and where I almost always reply to emails.

Two other things:

1. I've also experienced dragging and dropping an email in desktop Outlook from a folder to the Inbox and the email has disappeared from desktop Outlook altogether.

2. For emails that do not show up in desktop Outlook - I go to Outlook.com and move such an email from the Inbox to a folder --that email (which was not in my desktop Outlook Inbox) will then show up in that folder in desktop Outlook.

Any help with or explanation of this problem would be appreciated.

I signed up for the trial subscription to Office 365 Home Premium. After some time, I decided that I do not want Office 365. My one-month trial subscription expired. I tried at least 5 times to get into a Microsoft site that would let me cancel my subscription but I was thwarted each time. Can anyone help me with the problem of how do I cancel my Office 365 Home Premium Account?

Hello there,

I purchased Office 365 Home premium by paying Annual subscription fee of Rs.4199/-. But the additional Skydrive storage of 20 GB is not added to my Skydrive account. I am using same Microsoft account to login to office as well as Skydrive.

Please help.
