ok microsoft community where are all my e-mails that have disappeared? I sure hope you all are working on this problem that has effected so many people. I need my e-mail that I had in my folders. I use hotmail several times a day and try to keep my
inbox clean (which I do) but all of my saved e-mails are gone. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please respone to me as to what is being done to correct this major problem for so many people.

Nas conversas de video com pessoas q tem Windows 7 e o novo messenger, minha cam nao trava para mim mas quem recebe minha imagem reclama que nao existe movimento. Isso nao acontece com Skype, usando os mesmos contatos. O que acontece? Voces precisam corrigir alguma incompatibilidade que esta existindo entre o Messenger para o XP e o Messenger para o Windows 7 e 8?

An e mail is in my junk mail for the second time asking for address, password, name, etc., or my e mail account will be shut down.
How do I know that it is not a scam and someone trying to pull something on me.

In my desktop Outlook I could get Jewish, Islamic and Christian holidays. How can I get this in Hotmail and, by extension, on my Windows phone? Why hasn't Microsoft support answered this?

I do have a 'Microsoft user data' file in 'my documents' & it has all the info. I need for Outlook but my Mac keeps making a 'new' - microsoft user data- file. Why does it not recognize the'Microsoft user data' file that is there?
All these problems started when my Mac downloaded update 14.2.5 & all my Outlook information disappeared. I know it is in the 'microsoft user data' file in 'my documents'- but my MAC doesn't see it.
I would appreciate a response if possible.
