I subscribed to the Ad-free Outlook.com a few years ago while living in Ireland with an Irish credit card.  Now that I live in the UK and no longer have the Irish credit card, Microsoft will not allow me to switch to my new credit card details (I cannot change the country myself nor can they do it).  I am also not able to use my PayPal account to pay for the Ad-free Outlook.com.  All of this seems a bit silly in this day-and-age.  Now, I am getting emails from Microsoft reminding me to resubscribe, and I would, but I am not able to because of their restrictions.  They said my only option was go with ads or get a new email address and resubscribe.  I've had the same email address for neary 10 years, so that is not a preferred option.  I would be happy to resubscribe but cannot.

Question:  How can I help prompt Microsoft to accept PayPal payment so I can continue with my
Ad-free Outlook.com in the UK.  Surely, it should not matter which country I am living in?

Thanks for your help!
Hey guys! I've been trying too do the verification thing were you fill out a form with all your details you used too register your email so i can unblock the account.  But Microsoft keeps rejecting me saying "Unfortunately, we were unable too verify that your the owner of this account". Or something and i forgot a lot of stuff like, "the last people you have sent an email too" or "the subjects that you used too send an email" I answer as MANY things as i can but i keep getting rejected over and over. I DESPERATELY need this email unblocked so i can access some important files that i need ASAP. Is there another way too unblock it? Thanks!
I created a domain and accounts a couple of weeks ago, and can send and receive mail on those accounts, but now when I go to https://domains.live.com it keeps asking me to log in even though it shows in the top right corner that I am logged in (it even has a "sign out" link).

The links on the left are gone, and the page just shows this:

If I click "sign in" it quickly flips to another page and then comes right back to the sign in page.

I created a new outlook.com email address for my daughter (9), then was asked to verify the account thru my (adult) Microsoft account. I tried this multiple times now over the last few days and only get an error message. I get to log in with my  own MSFT account, then add the credit card for the verification charge, then get an error message "we are unable to complete your request"...  anybody else has this problem?

@Microsoft support...can you help to verify this account in another way?

thx!

Here's an email- as I received it:

I never wrote or sent an email about "comments". These have been coming to me for a couple of weeks
- basically any time I send a message from my own website email (which is set up to send a copy to
my hotmail address) to one person in particular (& her email is not hotmail either).
This has been set up this way since last year. Again, I am experiencing this after sending an email
from my private domain email to another private domain email. However, these spam emails, above,
all get delivered to my hotmail address, directly?

At first I thought it was a glitch- until today when I received this email from the president of our local
seniors computing club:

"The most irritating SCAM around at the moment causing mayhem is the Hot
Mail One. Where people are thanked for reporting a scam from xxxx person
then refusing to allow the onforward of a legitimate e-mail. Any clues?.
People are getting mad about this one. One university has totally
responded to this one and just junks anything that comes in (even though
it is legitimate)."

Can someone look into this? I'm already tired of it. Is this some sort of spam/address mailer?
I'm on Linux Mint- not Windows, which leads me to think it's my email account that is compromised...
