Message that the account does not exist concerns me. I have a great deal of information stored here that I would like access to. Please help!.
I have tried to contact msn & hotmail a number of times over the last month - have done everything step by step - but this is not giving me the correct information to access my account. I can not even get may email account recognized as existing.
Please help.
Everytime I get an email from my Windows Live (Microsoft Account), its in Chinese.
For example, they sent me a security code to verify my account, and it was in Chinese (except for the code numbers).
A-How can I make sure I get emails only in English?
B-How can I make sure that my account is safe? I already changed my password..
Thank you

In fact the email above I the person that won this email, time ago I made to him this email (i removed it above). Same time I used outlook.Upgraded | ||
I received this email: "Your Microsoft account is reported and will be de-activated soon
You must renew it immediately or your account will be closed forever.
click below to renew NOW"
The email appears exactly as written eg. missing puncuation, and no explanation, with a clickable link.
What is this all about?
I have heard about Microsoft's desire to eliminate Hotmail, and to replace it with Outlook. Is this a part of that proposal? I also know that Hotmail was established originally under the premise (and promise) that it would be free in perpetuity.
If this is an attempt by Microsoft to eliminate Hotmail, and to force Hotmail users into a paid subscription of Outlook than it is in conflict with the original Hotmail guarantee.
Does anyone know what are the particulars regarding all the above, and specifically why I have received a junk email spam suggesting that my account will be deactivated?
