This does not happen with outlook for windows.
Am I doing something? Can I fix this?

When I forward or reply to a message, the person to whom I send it can not see whom it was sent to before.

Isent an email to a rejected address and it keeps putting up the error box and asking me to resend.How can I get rid of the email permanently it obviously is not a good address.

Is their a way to apply a rule to sort email to an established folder? I recently began corresponding with a new business contact. The level of activity of email warranted setting up a folder and creating a rule to sort messages from this contact into
the folder. I was hoping to apply the rule to existing messages in my Inbox so that I would not have to manually seek out pre-existing messages from my new business contact. In other words have Hotmail / Windows Live do the work. It does not appear that
I cannot; it will only work on future messages from my new business contact. Perhaps I am missing something? Any suggestions?

Dear all,
I was wondering if anyone could help - after a recent upgrade on Outlook for Mac (2010) I stopped receiving emails to it. The account itself (set on 123-reg.co.uk) works fine as I still receive emails to my iphone. At the same time Outlook for Mac is able
to send emails, but not to receive them. It seems that there's something wrong with the Inbox settings as every time it tries to connect to the server, it displays this error message Error: Mailbox already exists: INBOX/INBOX 1
I took my Mac to Apple today and they were unable to help me suggesting I contact Microsoft as the affected software is your product.
I'd appreciate if you could help me with this problem.

It has been three days since I started to have problems on and off accessing my email. I check out the status of hotmail and it says it's running normally but when I ccheck e mail I get the message to refresh or sorry can not access e mail.
Please look into this problems for it's bothersome and going on for 3 days now.

When I export emails as olm files I send them (as prompted) to "Documents". When I try to open them nothing happens; I keep getting a note telling me they are from the internet asking if I want to open. when I tell it to open the saved message appears
as an attachment to an email; when I try to open that the same thing happens. How do I export as an olm. file and then be able to open archived file (like you can do in Windows w/ PST files)? Thanks

I have a message which is too large to send which apparently is hung up in Outbox. I found one question this on the Forum, but the answer refers to the Outbox. I cannot locate Outbox; I'm running Verison 14.2.2. Would really appreciate any help.

As I'm not going to be able to access my account regularly for a few weeks I'd like to send a message to those contacting me to let them know I've received their message and will get back to them. Is this possible (essentially the 'out of office' function in Outlook)?
why now in Window Live can't i create a new message or reply to an email when prior to today i have not had a problem. I only access my account online.
