Ever since switching to Microsoft office for mac, when I use outlook to retrieve email, I receive a duplicate of every message brought in. Does anyone have a way of fixing this?

This started with a few messages, now happens with ALL messages.
I was able to delete an older email that was still in my inbox, however.
Holding option key down does not work.
Now messages do not download either.
What to do?

I keep getting the Error message: Connection to the server failed or was dropped Error code 17895
I have downloaded all of the updates & my internet is always up so it's not a connection issue.
I am able get e-mail sporadically, but starting to get the error message constantly.
Please advise

If I delete an email message in my Outlook for Mac 2011, it goes to the prior (older) message to read, not the next (newer) one on the list. How do I set it to go the the next newer message?

I have a distribution group in Hotmail and there are two contacts in there that I wish to delete. I've tried 6 times and each time I get the same message...."That contact doesn't seem to exist". So I can't delete someone from a group? Any

My account has been hacked. I'm not locked or had my password changed, I have changed my passwords. All my emails have been removed. I need to report it to the police. They need it to be investigated by hotmail first - but how do I get them to investigate
when there is nowhere to send a message to them! Please Help !

Some of them have the "wants to be your friend" part in Spanish. Problem is that I haven't sent ANY invites. Also, these are being sent to my yahoo account which isn't even inked to my Windows Live Messenger. How can I stop this? Is this a yahoo problem
or a windows live problem? Does this mean my live account got hacked?
