I wrote last week with a question about the inability to search for some contacts in my mail box - the mail is there but the search function simple cannot find the names.  I also said that a volume of my e-mail had disappeared and I was entirely unfamiliar with what is happening with the POP option.  Can someone please help unscramble this?

I use Hotmail account for my business & I think the mailbox is getting  very heavy.

sometimes I can only see the subject list, but no contents in the mail

sometimes the messages keeps blinking & cannot type or read anything

I arrange my mails per subject thread.  Sometimes, particularly few senders, when they send in a message, it do not appear at top of list.  I do not really know where it is, but just need to use the view Unread command.

As I use hotmail for business, I am afraid if one day my mail box crashes, then it wl be disaster.  Pls adv if I can back up my mails somewhere & how

I can't send an email to group contact that contains 40 email addresses. I receive an error message saying that my mail box has reached it's maximum size limit at which you cannot send or receive any more content. Empty your deleted items folder from Outlook or delete messages from your mailbox to create more space. These boxes are empty because I have only just started using Outlook.
If you click on the "Details" box it shows -

I have recently added an additional mail box to my windows live mail. I seem to be having problems viewing or even seeing certain e-mails.

 

I am able to view e-mails sent to this additional mailbox using QUICK VIEWS and unread e-mails. But I am unable to view any READ e-mails. If I click on the additional mailboxes inbox it says that there are no e-mails in that particular inbox, which I know is in fact not the case.

 

I have the settings set within windows mail to show all messages via the view tab, so a tad confused as to why they would still not show. I have tried looking at other settings and cannot understand why this would happen.

 

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I changed my paswsword recently on hotmail.com.  After changing the password I can no longer get to the mail box.  The only page that opens after logging into the mail box is the page where I can change my mail settings.  There is no button to go to the mail box.  Would someone be so kind as to direct me how to get mz mail box back? I have tried several time to close log out and restart the computer. Every time I get back to my settings page.
Hi, I'm having serious issues with the sweep and junk functions in my mail box. Until recently this has worked fine but i started receiving junk messages that i could not seem to block. When i select the message and sweep>delete all from>also block future messages i get the following message "Okay, you've deleted 0 messages from [junksender, normally something like =?UTF-7?B?K0FGOC1WYW5xdWlzQ3J] and added them to your blocked list". And it is obviously not blocking them. I thought that my blocked list was full as i've been adding to it for what seems like centuries so I cleared my blocked list and am trying to block recent junk. But this is not working  Can anyone help as I'm getting a ridiculous amount of junk mail and i'm tempted to stop using this account?

Today i was trying to change my domain server and DNS records and unfortunately made a mistake and cancel my domain at domains.live.com. 
Now , All of my mail box cleared completely, is it possible to recover it ? Does your services keep any backup ?

i see Grey Exclamation marks next some mail in my mail box how do i remove them, also the sender says that they try sending me the mail but they cant do it.


Whenever I search even for the most common mail, it says we did not find it!!! There are no error messages, its the same story on all different PCs and different browsers like Chrome, Firefox, IE.

please help
