If I delete emails in the inbox, these deleted emails will reappear during the next sync with the exchange server. I deleted the emails via Outlook Web Access --> Then they are gone. If I delete another item in the Outlook 2011 client they reappear again.

System: actual MacBook Air 13''
Software: Mac OS Mountain Lion with Outlook 2011, Exchange 2010
Network: Company LAN

I am really, really frustrated. I have a MacBook Air and a Mac Mini. Both are running OS X 10.8.4, Office 2011 10.3.6.

On the MBA I have several exchange accounts set up, plus my personal Gmail, plus a campus email (which is, unfortunately, a friggen' Gmail IMAP account). The campus email "AVC" shows up just fine on my MBA in the list of inboxes on the left with all the emails, etc that should be there.

EXACT same settings used on the Mini in Outlook and A) AVC has a yellow lightball (no connection); and B) the mailbox does not show on the left in the list of inboxes.

I have searched high and low and simply cannot figure out what's wrong.

What I have done:
  1. Made sure both computers are updated on all counts (OS, software, etc.)
  2. Restarted the "trouble" machine
  3. Deleted the trouble account and recreated it (with the working account sitting in front of me and went line-by-line to make sure it was right).
  4. Restarted the trouble mac again.

I got nuthin'.

Help?

Hello,

My MacBook Air had a HW crash and was off duty for several weeks.
Now I'm reinstalling all software and after installation SkyDrive seems empty.
I know this sounds like a weird question, but is there a way to check if any file has been deleted from the logs?
I have 2 other cloud storage solutions installed and they are both almost full. I can't remember, but it seems weird that I kept SkyDrive totally empty.

I would really appreciate any help you could give me.

Thank you,
alfonso

I have uploaded photos from my windows phone to Skydrive but my Skydrive folder on my Macbook Air is completely empty. I have tried several times. Each time I get the message on my phone that the upload has been successful. Can you help?
G'day,

I've spent about an hour searching the forums and found bits and pieces of information but much of it is quite dated.

I have a Macbook Air running Mountain Lion OS, my company has an exchange server, and I use and Android phone (Android 4.1.2).  I am an experienced Office user, but it has always been in a PC environment.

I am running Outlook for Mac 2011 version 14.3.6

I would like to be able to utilize Outlook for all emails, contacts, tasks, and appointments and synchronize all of the data between my Mac and my Android device.

Is there any way that I can do this via icloud, exchange, or google? Are there any third party solutions that will handle all of this? I am currently running a very piecemeal method requiring separate solutions for Calendar (BusyCal), Tasks (Wunderlist), Contacts (Apple Contact), and Email (Outlook).

Help would be much appreciated.

I'm having some problems with my Skydrive on my Macbook Air (2011 model) being stuck on Scanning Files... The backups have seemed slow. I have moved a sizable amount of files into my Skydrive (24 GB at this point), so I fear that I may have corrupted something.

I've tried the trick of going into my Library and removing the .dat file from the Skydrive settings and restarting Skydrive, and I have reinstalled Skydrive a couple of times. I'm wondering if some permissions may be a factor. I hope I don't have to clear everything out of my Skydrive and start again (that would murder my bandwidth). What do you suggest I do?

I am trying to access my email account on Outlook/hotmail on my MacBook Air. While I can enter other Outlook email accounts, I cannot access my own. Also I can access my account on my spouse's PC. This suggests there is a very specific issues access my account on my mac only.

I can access my MSN account ... but lose the Outlook email account after a couple of seconds on my mac.
