Can access hotmail on my laptop. However, once on the site, everything freezes, Why?

I have no problem accessing hotmail on a new Dell laptop. Everything worked fine for about a month. But now, once on hotmail,, I can't open e-mails, can't delete or move e-mails, and can't close the site. Don't understand what is making it so I can't do these things. On the desk-top, everything works fine.

I am using windows Live, my mail comes in, on a new Dell desktop computer. My contacts on the Windows Live Toshiba laptop computer were downloaded, I guess, by the Cybergods. How can I download my my contacts into Windows Live on my new desktop computer?

I've been away for two weeks and have had problems logging on to my emails with my laptop this morning. All was OK using my phone whilst away and all seems to be working fine now.

However, when I did eventually get started, my Inbox has completely changed and when I click on a mail to open it I have to search for the mail because it opens at the bottom of the page.

How can I resort this to how it was before so that when I click on it it opens as normal and fills the page?

Whenever I pick up my mail using Windows live form my laptop that mail is not available back on my pc.

I use sky as my ISP and have "keep mail on server" but it does not help with WLM.

The mail is still on sky server .

why don’t I have the option to save my conversation history on my laptop but can on my PC?

I can save live messenger history on my PC but for some reason it's not giving me the option on my Live messenger on the laptop.Do I maybe need to update? Could it be because I am currently using the 'guest' account on the laptop? Any ideas and solutions appreciated

Windows live messenger freezes up

When I open windows live messenger 2011 it freezes up, and also my fan on my laptop keeps going until I close windows live messenger. ( Sometimes when I open it, it is just a white screen that is frozen) Any suggestions of fixes?

Lost almost all my emails

I have somehow managed to lose all but the most recent 2 pages of my emails. I recently bought a new MAC laptop but I really don't know what happened to my older emails -- is there a way to recover my older emails?

I cannot add my contacts to Windows Live Messenger.

I cannot add my contacts to Windows Live Messenger on my Windows 7 laptop.

Messenger was working fine a few days ago but then my contacts disapeared.

I've tried reinstalling the latest version of Messenger and I also tried an older version but it's still the same.

Anyone have any ideas?. Works fine on my Vista PC, Android Tablet and Mobile, the problem is just with my laptop.

If you put in the contacts email address in the Search contacts bar provided there window appears and gives you the option to add a contact as a friend, all you get when you click on that option is a web page opening and saying the contact has already been invited.

If you click on add a contact from the option provided all you get is you have previously added a contact who uses this instant messaging address.

I can see my contacts online if I click on the People link but I cannot see them in messenger on my laptop.

I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me.
