I have an iMac and I cannot send emails via outlook 2011. I have 3 emails stuck in the sent box... They are not in my sent or inbox. Every time I send an email it first tries to send these 3 mails. for 2 I get an error code 3210 and for one "5.1.2 or other punctuation after the recipient's email address. g5sm23942864eem.4". Can anyone help?
Is there a way to sync my desktop outlook emails and folders with my laptop outlook, so every change and email I move from folder to folder, and every folder I create in either machine are sync in the other?

I receive some times over 200 emails a day and I need to be very organized in order to keep track of what I have taken care of and what I have not. Needles to say I depend very much on my desktop outlook (2010), I have created several folders under the inbox folder of my outlook to move each email I received after I have responded to them. This has worked just fine the only issue that I have is that every time I go on a business trip I don't use my laptop outlook, ((mac air pro) where I also have microsoft office) because the folders I create in my desktop are not in the laptop and therefore I can't make changes to the email, or move them from inbox to any of my folders on my desktop. For this reason I have to check my emails via gmail, respond all them and when I come back to the office I have to move one by one all the emails that I have already read and responded, which in some cases can take me half of a day considering I only left for a couple of days (300-400 emails)

I would like to add that my company is a small company with only 2 employees, my partner and I and we don't use servers or anything like that to backup information or support software, we only use dropbox.

I have the same problem as everyone that has asked above, when I go to a site that has a -- email me place to click and I click it , thinking I'm going to go to my new msg in inbox with their email address wrong, I get this msg

 “Sorry, there is a problem with Hotmail right now”, no one else seems to have that problem.

meaning I can't email the person because it doesn't go to inbox!!!!!! I've did everything in the answers above but to no avail, I don't think I can explain it any simplier. When I'm reading my hometown newspaper and I want to contact the editor he has a line that says email me (no address ) click here, doesn't work just does the old   “Sorry, there is a problem with Hotmail right now” , I'm sure that this question is confusing to you but its the best way I can explain it. Its a simple question, pls don't answer with the usual questions, I've done them all and nothing works, I don't think theres a problem with hotmail, just a problem in understanding the click here and email me.

My hotmail account looks the same as always in the inbox, but when I go to the contacts section, it is no longer hotmail.  It is outlook, does not have all of the options as before, and I cannot return to the inbox like I was able to do when all components were hotmail.  I'm forced to log out , and re-login.  This sucks.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thx
I've tried everything suggested online but nothing works, how can I delete all the old recently emailed list from my inbox. I know how to go to options and click only show people in my contact list but I want to remove them forever. When I type in an A-Z in the To: or Ccc/Bcc all the people with that letter pops up. If I could just delete the recently emailed list that would go away. Can anyone in tech support explain!!
everyday my inbox has 25-30 junk emails and I want to know how to stop that. I am thinking of cancelling my account if I can't get it to stop. I never open any of them, I just delete but they keep on coming. Someone pleeze help me, thanks!!

i tried to login to my inbox from the pop up chat window, but i get the notepad open with the following up the top.....

mail_live_com[1]..com_rru=inbox&wlexpid=906F8138EF6744BCA7B2252082F31485&wlrefapp=2 - Notepad

Help please,,,roxane

I have my saved DBX files (including the inbox) from Outlook Express on my old Win XP machine. Now trying to import them into Win 7 Live Mail. I click Import Messages, select OE6 as the type, and point to the folder where the DBX files are. But when I click Next, it says "no messages can be found in this folder."

How do I get Win 7 Live Mail to recognize the DBX files?
