My Hotmail Account has been deleted through Windows 8

Hi Microsoft Team,

My Hotmail account has been deleted some how as a result of trying to create a user on my new computer with Windows 8. I'm having to email you off my mums email as when trying to log on mine it states "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account."

My account hasn't been deleted as a result of an inactive account as I sent and received an email just yesterday.

My Windows 8 User Account has been playing up and has therefore switched to a Local Account.

Please can you advise me on how I get my Hotmail account back as I have a lot of emails on that account that are needed. When trying to email my account all messages are undeliverable.

The account that has been deleted is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

You can reply back to my mums account as she will notify me.

How Do I Change Primary Account In Family Safety?

I had an account r...@bottfamily.us that was the Parent account for our family safety, however that account is now "Inactive" and cannot be used according to Microsoft.

It is still showing the inactive account r....@bottfamily.us as the (Primary) account so I still cannot grant my children any permissions when I use the r...b...@bottfamily.us account. in family safety settings.

My Child is trying to use a service which it tells her she needs permission. So I click "Get Permission"

I get this screen:

Click "Continue" and get this screen:

I tick "Yes" and then Click "Continue"

I then get the sign in screen where I enter my account info:

I have recently reopened my hotmail account which has been inactive for well over a year. I had to reset my password to reopen the account. However all my emails in every folder are now gone. Is there any way of retrieving them. I have tried the recover deleted messages link but it says it cant get them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I was wondering if it would be possible to restore e-mails from an inactive account. (i.e. the below):

Know When Your Windows Live Hotmail Account Expires

After 270 days (about 8 and a half months) without access, a Windows Live Hotmail account becomes inactive. This means all messages stored in the account are deleted and no new mail is accepted.

I have tried using the "Recover Deleted Messages" option in my deleted items folder, but to no avail. Is there any way I can restore my mails?

I have 2 hotmail accounts one personal and the other work related. my work related account had a problem and i was asked to change my password, i have forgotten the new password. every time i try to access it now i an given a questionaire to fill in but i cannot answer all the questions on it as i rarely enter anything in the subject field and i cannot remember who i recently contacted either. the other option i get is to reset my password but can only send the new password to the inactive account "pointless". so i still can not access my account. is there another way to contact somebody to look into this for me.
