I use my email frequently and most likely have a lot in storage. Is there a way to upgrade my account to a better one?
I have a domain that hotmail is rejecting sending mail to with 5.5.0 "no such user" except the Returning-MTA is Hotmail, not the MX record for the domain (which I have access to and see no connections from hotmail)
How do I determine why Hotmail is rejecting sending to this domain or the MX record it is using?

As I have my email and password saved on my phone and laptop I am not entering my details incorrectly, so am wondering is this a legit email from Hotmail.

I am signed in to Hotmail, and have received the above, email from "hotmail.Team.ID-56870" requesting I sign in and give additional info. I will not respond unless I know it's really from Microsoft. What should I do?

I have tried every way possible through the MSN directories and can't recover my blocked hacked account. I do not recall what my old alternate email is.
