The email address choice from the combo box for my unlock code refers to an email account that is long gone. How can my hotmail account be restored?

My wife's Hotmail account has been blocked and her backup emil address is not active anymore. How can she get a code to unblock her account?

I understand that my account will be labeled as inactive if I don't log in for a certain number of days, but will a warning email be sent to the account before this happens? I hope so, because then this email would be forwarded to my new account and I
would know to go back and log in. I couldn't find a solid answer anywhere. Any help?
every time i try to send a email from hotmail the computer incounters a problem with the program and shuts it down
Mouse problem when moving messages from Hotmail, to Web Md. and other folders in the lower lists. The folder list keeps moving back to top of list.
