I have to be honest, Since i switched to Outlook mail from Hotmail, it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!!

 

First of all, my hotmail account got deleted and i lost ALL my emails which i have been told cannot be retrieved; since the 'Server has been purged' - Whatever that means!!!

 

Over the last week, i have been having issues with my my Outlook email, emails dont get delivered to my Iphone until Hours later, they are also randomly deleted and some dont even get delivered at all and get moved to a 'POP' folder which i never set up!!!

 

What is going on?!!? Are you deliberately trying to frustrate your users?

 

Please can someone come back to me with a solution ASAP!!!!

Dov'è finita tutta la mia posta sparita nel passaggio da Hotmail a Outlook?

L'Account è OK.

La POSTA, i CONTATTI, il CALENDARIO e il resto sono spariti.

Sto chiedendo aiuto da più di una settimana.

Non è corretto agire così. Non ho chiesto io di passare da Hotmail a Outlook.

Fate qualcosa, per favore.

Recently my Hotmail account has been asking for either a phone number or another email address for 'verification purposes' whenever I try to sign in. I did just (and ONLY just) find a way around this demand, but would like a more permanent solution in case it gets closed off. I am not interested in supplying the information requested. I've been in the settings, but don't see a box to check/uncheck to remove the screen in question. How do I get rid of it?

Hotmail did this to me before where they erased 10-12 old yrs of messages that I was saving. And now I got to Hotmail and not only diod they change everything but once again I loose my messages from the last few years. What the heck do they think? OOOO I know it the new Obama NSA spying on everyone situation. Well DAMN U OBOMA UR NSA SPYING ****! Does anyone know how to get the email messages back?

Email to Outlook and Hotmail being blocked — SC-002 error

For a number of days our corporate server is being blocked from being sent to Outlook.com and Hotmail with the message:

COL0-MC3-F56.Col0.hotmail.com gave this error:
SC-002 (COL0-MC3-F56) Unfortunately, messages from 62.49.132.58 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

 

I have checked the linked page and tried to contact support via the MSN support page, but there is no longer a form to submit delivery issues at https://support.msn.com/eform.aspx?productKey=edfsmsbl&ct=eformts

 

I have contacted my Internet service provider but they can see nothing blocking emails. How does the block get removed?

I have established an alias outlook.com address
This in addition to my existing hotmail address (which I've had for years)

Suddenly my mail is not arriving into my pop3 email (thunderbird) and notice given is "Authentication failed"
I have reset my password to no effect.

 

How can I get my mail back to Thunderbird?

 

 

Emails being silently dropped by hotmail and outlook.com

Hi emails from my email server are being received both by outlook and hotmail.com, however they are being dropped and do not reach the inbox or junkmail. I know this as it is all clear on the server side and it says it has been received by hotmail and outlook respectively.

When I add the email to a safelist the email comes through normally. Can you please help me solve this issue as it will impact my busienss very negatively and is pushing my launch date back now until this gets solved!

Hotmail blocking Gov emails at firewall level

Hi Microsoft,

 

We have determined that an auto generated email from https://nppes.cms.hhs.gov/IAWeb/login.do after sign up is being blocked to send to hotmail accounts. We have tested and it works fine with gmail, yahoo, etc, but hotmail appears to be blocking it. It does not even arrive in the junk folder so it seems to be at the firewall level.

 

I can provide the email that is used to send these, but do not want to post it for the public to see.

 

We also discovered that adding the email as a safe sender will allow the email through, however they cannot re-sign up with the same email to regenerate the email.

 

Please reply asap as to how we can proceed to unblock this issue where it is being blocked.
