When I add the email to a safelist the email comes through normally. Can you please help me solve this issue as it will impact my busienss very negatively and is pushing my launch date back now until this gets solved!
Hi emails from my email server are being received both by outlook and hotmail.com, however they are being dropped and do not reach the inbox or junkmail. I know this as it is all clear on the server side and it says it has been received by hotmail and
outlook respectively.
