Am I signed in to Messenger ? How do I direct other people to MSN messnger chat service ?

I did not make the change from the Hotmail email page. It automatically was changed to Outlook.
The new Outlook email page does not allow me to view, edit, view or add new groups as I was able to do in the Windows Live Hotmail page. With Outlook, how do I manage Groups?
Can I change back to the Windows Live Hotmail email page and rid myself of the Outlook email page?

My Hotmail email has been changed to Outlook. I did not make this change on my own. How do I get the Hotmail email back through Windows Live?
For about a week everytime I sign into hotmail on my laptop it will take an age to log in and then either take me to my hotmail home page or tells me "Internet explorer cannot display this web page". Sometime is states "We cannot connect to Hotmail right now - try again later". I have optimized by browser several times but to no avail.
I can access e-mail on every other computer I use apart from my laptop.

I use my hotmail account everyday and need to access it urgently - its says no longer valid! I need it!
My son suggested I gave a different password to access my hotmail a/c from my Galaxy Fit than the password I use to access my hotmail a/c from my PC.
When I try to install an App I appear to have forgotten my password for my Galaxy Fit. How do I reset the password on my Galaxy Fit, please?
What's with these people; they keep accusing me of various things and I don't even have an account with them that I know of?

I wrote them back telling them to stop harrassing me, and I guess I'll have to call them as well as their site has minimal supervision.
How does a big company like Hotmail deal with another big company like Blizzard Entertainment when they just up and decide to start harrassing this individual; how do I get them to stop harrassing me other than just going to the police?
