Hotmail is no longer functioning properly in Safari, and I read in the forum here that Chrome or Firefox, but I can't get those to work, either. Any suggestions, or must I switch providers?

Hi, I have been using hotmail since the year 2000. I just realised that my emails from 2000 to 2007 are missing. I have not deleted them ever. and those are some important mails I had stored. Can hotmail retrieve it for me?
