Hotmail account does not exist

16. January 2014 · Write a comment · Categories: livemail · Tags: email account name, Hotmail login
Hi,

At hotmail login it says my account does not exist. I suspect it has been deactivated due to no login >365 days. Read about many posts regarding deactivated hotmail accounts and one of them mentioned re-creating a same email account name to retrieve the account, but that didn't work either.

Now i have a newly created hotmail account with the same id as my old , is there anyway i can recover the messages in my old account?

HOTMAIL Account Validation to Get IP Logs

25. July 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: HOTMAIL Account Validation, Hotmail login, IP Log
Dear Team,

Recently I inquired the forum on how to get the IP Log's for Hotmail Login for the month of July.. I found that I need to follow the link https://account.live.com/password/reset.

I tried validating the account and I ls got an email that RIGHT ON for the validation and after that I want to post to the forum with the link given to get the IP Log's, unfortunately after this process I was not able to login to my Hotmail with the password I used to login earlier.

Will the current password will go off if I do the validation? please advise....

Login to Hotmail/Outlook Mail with Windows 8 is extremely slow with same Internet connection as with Windows 7- can I change any settings or make any tweaks to speed things up?

Predictive text at Hotmail login – how do I remove it?

I typed the wrong email address into Hotmail login and it appears in the predictive text list every time I start typing my email address.  How do I get rid of it?

Change to Hotmail login

I use WIN7, IE9.  Several weeks ago, I started to need to type in both my account name and my password to enter Hotmail, even though I always checked the box to keep me logged in.  How can I retain the login, and return to only typing in my password?

Why doesn’t the “Keep me signed in” check box at Hotmail login work anymore?

21. December 2012 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: check, field, hotmail, Hotmail login, username, username field, work
It used to be when I logged in to Hotmail I would check the "Keep me signed in" box so when I logged out and came back again later my email address would still be there populating the username field, but that doesn't happen anymore. I check it constantly, but my username is never there!

I am being asked to confirm my hotmail login – genuine?

I am being asked about twice a day to confirm my e-mail address, password etc otherwise (it says) my account will be permanently deleted.  The e-mails look genuine with a little TM sign next to Microsoft but the reply address is not microsoft but always a different hotmail address.  It has got to be a scam but I can't block them because it is always different!
