When I send an Email that is fine. But when people come to reply to me a different reply address appears in the reply to box. It is a Gmail account nothing to do with me.

The only way they can reply to me  is to delete the Gmail address and type back in my address.

Help.... no idea how to fix this!

Keith.

How do I make my email show my outlook.com address as the reply address? As opposed to the long indecipherable numbers and strings Hotmail address.

Thank you,

Sam

I have my hotmail account as a reply address for wedding invitations, but have failed to check my junk mail since 17th Jan. This obviously gets automatically deleted and I have potentially missed some replies, as I have found some amongst the remaining messages. Is there any way of retrieving these messages?
On some received emails the senders email / reply address is missing - which means there's no address to reply to. The sender is in my address book, but on the received email frame a '?' appears next to the senders name. Clicking to open the contact  view the email address doesn't link through to the contact/sender and only the senders name is displayed. The address is only missing on the Outlook 2011 desktop application - the senders email / reply address shows correctly when viewing the email in Outlook Web access. How can I resolve this - Cheers!
