Hi
My mailbox recently became full and I have deleted all of the emails from my inbox and deleted items.

However, people still cannot send me an email. They get the following error message:

Action: failed
Status: 5.2.2
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;552 5.2.2 This message is larger than the current system limit or the recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message body or remove attachments and try sending it again.

I have the free version and have no need to pay for an upgrade.

Can anyone assist me please?

Thanks

apple mail screwed up my hotmail inbox and now a new POP folder keeps prompting me for action even though i have moved my email back to my inbox and deleted the POP folder. I changed the setting in apple mail to leave the email on the server but hotmail still thinks mail is trying to delete it. When i click change settings ,it just takes me to microsoft's useless "report a problem" and "submit a question" ****.
Hi everyone.

Recently my son had a problem with his Xbox. (Which is connected through my email) One of the solutions to his problem was to alter the primary alias of my email from @msn to @hotmail. Unfortunately, after this was altered, it was unable to change back. MSN which was the original primary alias is no longer able to revert back from Hotmail. Instead, I now have a Hotmail inbox, and my old MSN email is a sub-folder underneath it. This is really causing a huge problem with receiving important E-Mails. Please provide any help that you can!!!

I used to have tons of emails in my hotmail inbox, but all of the sudden, I had only 9 emails left in my inbox.  What happened?  Can someone help!

Many thanks.

Back when I had Hotmail I would receive all emails in both my Yahoo inbox AND my Hotmail inbox. Since converting to this new Outlook program I do not receive emails in both places anymore - just in my Yahoo inbox.  Any ideas/explanations? Thx.
Last Friday I finally succumbed and got a Smartphone !! It runs on Android and includes G-Mail. I added my Hotmail/Outlook account to G-Mail (I also access the account through Windows Live Essentials Mail). G-Mail synchronised with my Hotmail account and now my Hotmail Inbox is completely empty; everything seems to have disappeared.  What is going on ? I can't be the only person in the world to be running G-Mail on a mobile alongside Hotmail/Outlook.
Can anyone tell me, how could I get back my old emails which are in my hotmail Inbox?

Thanks,
Rmesh.
