I was notified within a few minutes of the hacker getting into my email and got my email password and other things changed (including the language that was changed my email page to arabic. What else do you need to know. Can I safely put my email in one

The account was blocked after a notification of a virus issue. The hacker set the accoun up to forward emails to a different address. In my effort to resolve the issue, I had contacted the web site but ended with the account in Arabic rather than English.
I have notitied by people whose email are on my account of a request for funds that I did not make.
My messenger account was hacked. The person changed my display name, picture and posted an obscene url link. It looked like a bot because it took 5 password changes to get rid of it. My profile looks like my name and picture are correct,
but friends tell me the name is still showing the one the hacker changed. I don't see it anywhere in my settings. How do I fix it?
