How do I find my contacts? Now PEOPLE comes up with nothing below it. PEOPLE is something new to me.
Also how can I remove one person/email from a group that I send to?
Recently someone used my credit card to make a fraudulent purchase over the internet using a hot mail email address. Can hot mail track this email to IP address etc, so I can find out who did this?

My Live.com, which is Hotmail, is not loading properly, the format has changed and I can't send or receive email. It flips back to the old format, but if you leave the site and come back, the skewing is back. I cannot access or correct it via Outlook.
