I use windows live email and when I ipen a message and attempt to open a link, I get an error message saying "this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action"
What do I do now?

I have received an email which is supposed to be from hotmail saying that I have over used my account and to log in to confirm my account details, as I have not over used my account I think a hacker is trying to get my details. Where can I sent this to
either confirm it genuin or not?
I just recieved an email sopposedly from Microsoft asking me to verify my user ID and password or my account will be deleted, is this for real. Looks real but don't feel comfortable sending my personal info.

Though the new CONTACTS section has a nice appearance, where are my email GROUPS? I can see where to edit only the names of groups, but nowhere to add/delete members.
