Hello!
I've had a Hotmail email account for many years and my profile has my name, address, photo, DOB, etc. Right now, I need a document that shows the email address is registered to me. How do I request a hardcopy of my account details from Microsoft?
Obviously, for someone else's account, this would have to be done through a legal request but what are the steps for requesting my own account information and is there a way to expedite this request (don't mind paying a fee)?

I was creating an email for my business so I just chose the first DOB that appeared. I did not realize that the year was 2013. When I went to log in to the account it told me that I needed to have a parent sign in first. I did that but then it asked me
to pay $$ first. I basically just need the DOB changed so I can access the account. I have done the live chat a couple of times and they were no help what so ever. Can someone please help me with this. I need the email name that I signed up with due to it
being for my business. HELP!!!
This is the steps I have done so far to change the D.O.B.(In timely order)
1. Faxed the information to request the change.(Option 2)
2. Was instructed to provide Credit Card information for verification, I did that
3. Able to access my email account. When to account setting to change the profile, but the D.O.B. year is still at 2013 and does not give option to change it. I am able to change all other profile, e,g; address, phone, etc. But not the D.O.B.
I need to change the D.O.B. year to 1967 so I could access outlook.com from my smart phone.
I am an adult. I had to reestablish my account by giving acredit card number but now my date of birth is incorrect. How do update the correct DOB

On last Monday (9/2/13), I inadvertently changed my DOB to reflect 2013 versus 1964. Now, I cannot gain access to my account. I conduct a lot of business thru my Hotmail account and I need access to it to gain information regarding documents for an upcoming

hi all. I was logged in to both my daughter's account and mine. I changed the name and dob on my account and now I can't change the dob back. Since she is a minor I went through the whole rigamarole of paying the 50 cent fee and what have you but now my
daughter has my dob and I have hers. I don't know what kind of issues this will cause in the future but I need help fixing it.

I've gotten a MSN Account alert e-mail asking for name,passwords, and DOB is this for real or phishing.
Some pretenting to be from Hotmail support team is asking my personal info including my DOB. Also saying if I dont update my account with these info my account will be shut down. Is it genuine request or fraud ? Any one had the same experience ?

The email stated that A DGTFX Virus has been detected in your folders. I am suppose to submit my name, password, DOB etc. Is this legit?
