I have the latest version of Windows Live Essentials, but I cannot find Messenger any place in my computer. How can I have Messenger?

I have downloaded Windows Live Essentials to get Messenger. After downloading I couldn't find the messenger in any place. I tried to download Messenger from diferent places, but in those sites they always download  W L Essentials again and again, and my coumputer tells me that I have the latest version of WLE, but stil no Messenger in any place. I need help.

I  have swapped from a 13mac book pro to a 15 mac book pro- both running Outlook exchange.
My challenge is i wish to transfer over my pst/'on my computer' folders ( due to corp mail box restrictions i created a set of folders within outlook and simply drop emails from my inbox into these folders, once no longer important)  in from old to new machine and I just cant work it out. Why is it so bloody difficult!!
Every few days we receive all the emails from the last days/weeks/months again, the outlook program also "blocks", you only see the rainbow waiting sign, can't do anything anymore, only turn off the computer with the "on" button. It is outlook mac 2011.

We already used a virus scan (VirusBarrier X6).
We didn't change the settings. The first few months it worked fine.
Someone ringing from microsoft said that they had noticed problems in our area and asked me to switch the computer on and go into the computer icon  to see if we had received any notifications of problems recently. I advised them of the status and they rang off , should I be concerned that this is a scam?
I have been told that compacting my deleted email messages in Windows Live Mail completely removes them from the computer.  Is this correct?  And, if so, why is the word "compacting" used when it doesn't mean removal .... only squshing them.

Hi, my windows live messenger contacts appears offline after i synch with my new phone.when i scroll my mouse over to see the contacts, their network appear as Facebook. Also when i click on the "offline" contacts they bring me to facebook and not pop up the messenger to type to the supposingly offline person. Previously i had installed avast anti theft and i accidenly removed the sim card, and they prompt me lost phone, and asked me to type in my pin which i did successfully. I dont know if that application auto block my messenger or what, but its still working fine before i switch my phone. I have also installed mercury msn for my android device which also show only my facebook contacts. Also i tried logging in my messenger with another computer but all the contacts still appear as offline, only difference is that if i use another computer to sign in, i can only see my facebook category friends( all are offline as usual, but online in facebook website) and all my other contact groups are missing from that computer. Can anyone help me?

I have tried:
-removing the messenger cache

-repairing from control panel> program and features

It worked once, and two days later, which was about a week ago. It stopped working again, and I repeated this process to see If I could fix it again. But it failed to work a second time. I really need help with this... Thanks.

I just had to have my computer reformatted and now I am not able to send or receive messages from Windows Live.  What is the problem?
recently my computer had to be wiped and I don't get the little pop-up window that appears when I log into my computer. How do I get it back?
