Hi, I have a problem that some of my hotmail e mails only show up on my computer and not on my iphone. This is only from one person and sometimes the e mails from him show up on my phone but usually just on my computer. How can I solve this?

With the installation of the latest update on March 6, 2014, to Windows Live Mail Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3522.0110)) on my Sony Windows 7/64bit computer, the calendar associated with  Live Mail has stopped updating my new calendar entries to calendar.live.com.  Thus the new entries do not show up on my other computers (both Windows 7/64 bit) or on the web version of the calendar, although they remain on the Sony Windows 7 computer.  Conversely, items posted on the other computers or on my Apple mobile devices do post to the web version of the calendar, where they are picked up and update the calendar on the Sony Windows 7 computer (resulting in some double entries).  That is, the Sony Windows 7 computer can read and update from calendar.live.com but can not write to or update calendar.live.com.  Prior to the March 6 update to Live Mail, the calendar worked flawlessly across all devices.

I have use the Control Panel/Programs/Repair function to repair Window Essentials 2012 and have used the Fix It solution at:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2842520

Prior to March 6 I had happily used Windows Live Mail and its predecessors for years without serious incident.  My search of the Microsoft Support and Community sites seems to indicate that problems with Calendar updating have been around for years, with no endorsed solution from Microsoft.

Help!  How do I fix this problem?

Thanks, Ron

I have always used the same computer and USB to upload music on to my phone. For some reason, last night when I plugged my phone into my computer nothing happened, not even the initial sound. I looked up everything on here and nothing seems to exactly match my problem. This is the same USB that I use to charge my phone, and it works. All the USB controllers that show up in device manager say that they are in fact working, however I am not sure if this particular USB is on the list. Please help!!

I have transferred my photos to my computer and and trying to write a title to the group for a folder. When I go to look at photos I see some and the others are not able to view, they are covered with a generic landscape picture . Is there really a picture behind this or not? How do I tell? Why are there spaces as if pictures are there but aren't able to view?

Hello,

My electricity went out yesterday, so I had to download everything back onto my computer, including my email accounts.  After finally accomplishing that, I find that ALL my email messages have to be opened via a tab,   (like an attachment)  and this is not normal for this computer, and a pain due to having to open every single email as an attachment.

Can someone please direct me as to getting my emails via a normal delivery method.

Thanks!

Hi i have had windows live on my computer for sometime (not realizing that it doesnt work due to skype. anyways here is the dilema (get ready kk)

now i cant remember if i have tried to get rid of it prior to the last weeks but it has no data saying its on my computer. forums say to go to the change windows essential tabs when you go to the install/ uninstall. but its not in there.  so i go and try downloading the windows live essentials because i dont have it

mid down load it say download cancelled due too a code like x0009009989 something like that. The actual code says that  you have a problem with the windows firewall  (because its one of 2 codes when the new window pops up)  and that i have to turn it on

The kicker is that firewall has never ever been turned off. so can anyone make a diagnosis of this?? i just want to get rid of it, and not have it as a hidden file of some sort that manifest into some abnormality in the digital world which someday takes over my computer and  becomes the strongest computer ending in a messed up judgement day of an arnold swhartzenaggar movie.

sorry for the rant . help anyone? Burn computer?

When I use WLMM the audio doesn't work, you cant hear anything. While and after using it,  the whole audio of my computer stops working, on the internet, saved videos, music, nothing works, I have to restart my computer if I want to here any volume.

Why dose this happen and how can I fix it?
P.s. I have windows 8.
Windows Moviemaker 2012 on a Windows 8.1 computer will not open or play .wmv files.  Photo Gallery on the same computer won't open and instead gives the usual "Photo Gallery has Stopped Working", the perennial issue that seems to plague everything and with which Windows 8 and its successor appear to challenge the user.  Any solutions out there for these terrible annoyances?
