I have connected messenger to face book and I need to disconnect them now

How do I edit or add an email contact using the new system?
I used to be able to add a contact to a category ( such as add to Book Review Group) now with a new contact page I do not know how to do it. My category had many groups...now only one left....do I go to groups? very tedious to type each e-mail.
I want to delete an address in my hot mail address book that I no longer use. How do I do it? Thanks.

I just found my hotmail address book totally changed. Can I have my old address book back?

Outlook 2011 does not automatically import Data from Apple iCal and Apple addressbook despite the fact they are on the same Mac.KaiAmMac
We have selected the Outook for Mac 2001 to sync with Address Book through Sync Services. BUT, the Contact Information in Outlook 2011 for Mac IS NOT SYNCING with the Address Book. HELP!
