I am unable to drag multiple attachments from an email in Outlook for Mac into a folder in finder.  I can do one at a time but not multiples.    I've held down multiple versions of SHIFT CONTROL COMMAND ands ALT, but no luck....Anyone have any ideas?
I get some emails where I cannot open the attachments. Their names and icons show, but are greyed out and thus cannot be selected. I cannot forward the email either. Is there a way to solve this?
I triggered an Empty Cache task in Outlook. (File; Folder; Permissions; General).  Now Outlook is caught in a continuing loop download 20 attachments.  Once it has completed downloading the 20 attachments, it starts all over again.
How do I stop Outlook downloading attachments, or better still, how do I identify which emails it is trying to downlaod attachments for so that I can delete them?
Thanks
When I click e-mail attachment download or download as a zip
a box comes up saying virus scan failed.
I can view the attachment online if that option is available.

I think the Mail in Windows 8 is very poor so I downloaded Windows Essentials to use Windows Live Mail.

The problem I am having is that when I attach photos to an email it automatically uses SkyDrive.

I cannot find how to change this, is it possible? The Windows 8 mail uses SkyDrive as an option.

I do not really want to use Windows 8 mail for messages with attachments and Live Mail for those without.

Can't save aphoto or other attachments ... on trying message says its got a virus and was deleted - and that even if the attachment is from microsoft - my friends photos don't conatin virus's either and although I can open I can't save to my gallery - many thanks

  4. When I try to use google browser,  Attachment ID has bad Format comes up.

In Entourage you had the ability to select multiple e-mails and then either save the attachments or delete them. In Outlook it appears you can only use these commands with a single e-mail message at a time. Is there any way to process attachments on multiple e-mails simultaneously?
why is this ? the mail i am trying to forward has been received from someone on hotmail, if they could send it why can't i ?
I find ordinary emails, without attachments, just some lines long, from family, plain text, without any suspicious keywords, in my Junk-Folder. What happens here?
How to prevent?Any idea? THX
