Hi Team, i migrated from (Removed by Moderator) to (Removed by Moderator) and in the process do not know what happened my account is disabled and gets a message as account does not exist. Please help

Everytime I get an email from my Windows Live (Microsoft Account), its in Chinese.
For example, they sent me a security code to verify my account, and it was in Chinese (except for the code numbers).
A-How can I make sure I get emails only in English?
B-How can I make sure that my account is safe? I already changed my password..

I have been, for one week, trying to get a new email account. Success achieved only today. Lost all my old emails w/ addresses, etc. Any way of retrieving them? Thank you so much. Theillinoisgirl

a hacker hacked my account and delete all my e-mails from 2 days now i recover account but i have found no e-mails also on my deleted folder is empty , kindly help me to recover my e-mails it was for all my work . it's so urgent .
