I operated Windows Live Mail for many years, I didn't update/change because of historically important stored e mails and addresses. I backed up on an external hard drive (Office and Live Mail files).
Following problems with a Windows 10 1903 update, I had to reset my Dell laptop and lost Office, MacAfee and Live Mail. I have satisfactorily reloaded the first two programmes and associated files, but I'm getting nowhere fast with my e mail. I have tried to use Windows Mail and Outlook in conjunction with a download from my external hard drive but so far I've been unable to load my stored Live e mails or e mail addresses. I would add that I can use the e mail on my internet service provider for general correspondence with my usual e mail address.
Can anyone help please, particularly with clear steps on how I can select, load and operate a compatible Windows 10 e mail whilst regaining use of the 'lost' Live Mail files

I can retrieve my Gmail msg's from gmail.com and Outlook, but not Windows Live, what is the problem. Can you help solve this issue, thank you.

1)Actually my PC is on Win 10 Home (1903) updated 2 week ago . With this ocation I took the time to check with a ms specialist these settings and Windows Defender reparation see case #1472828073. The dificulty is each time I am speaking with other tech and the continuity and probably communication is a an issue.
2)Initially 2 weeks ago after Ms update my Win 10 system these folders were in MODE : Not shared
The security is necessary in this period for my financial files I am working with.
On 11 June 2019 I noticed some eencrypted files (11 financials files in Excel, Word and pdf) on my folder Documents. I checked in Property/Security and I noticed that this folder is in SHARE mode: \\B1SMDN44\Users\Test\Documents. I found also same settings (I NEVER SET) for Music, Video and Pictures folders.
I am learning Win 10 Home and a try to set the right setting for my system trying to keep my finantial data secure.
Question:
a) How I can put back the right mode Not Shared, as I NEVER shared / Music, Photos or Videos. I think this is a security setings issue (TO share blindly)
b) Also same for Network and Sharing Center (which are the reliably settings)
c) Concerning SING IN Tring to setup MS account password using 2 steps method (which was working before) now I noticed that the VALIDATION option by Phone Call (last 4 digits) is not working too. Normally the phone has to give me the CODE: to be able to continue
NOTE:
WE checked with your specialist and the only issue was that not all UPDATES were installed ??

Photo Gallery will not open. I have run "Repair all Windows Essential programs" but the same error code appears. The product version is :-
16.4.352.0331. I am using Windows 8.1.
At the same time the above occurred Windows Live Mail stopped working - will not open - error code 80072ee7.
These problems may be linked ?
My main concern is that Photo Gallery photos are not deleted - computer is back up onto separate hard drive.

Microsoft Windows live mail does not appear in my start up list of favorite programs,
I cannot find the application in the list of Microsoft Office 2010 applications.
How do I get it back?
i have 4 files within 4 folders, i can rename 2 but the other two refuse to rename.
i go to move those files out of the folder on to the root of the drive, it copies and refuses to move it!
since july 30th, 2015, then entire last 4 years, literally, I have had my i drive shared. every single day and that is 1,460 times, literally, i open my network and i see a lot of shares including the i drive, but today, mysteriously and miraculously all
the shares are there except for the i drive.
all that plus the refusal of keeping user made settings, the complete randomness of being able to make lets say 34 folders, put 34 files into those folders, now open each one one by one and you will see 11, 12, maybe 13 of them in one view, but strangely this
newly created folder view on the 14th when opened is in a totally different view and lastly the networking not working ever and MS constantly thinking every internet connection is public and all this and the only way to fix it is to reinstall. What a hoot
and my mother said once my computer aint doing anything and i open task manager and there was literally 30+ usless MS related apps and services that hogging down all her resources: runtime broker 15%, MS content 12% antimalware 25% index 5%, it goes on and
on and on and on. windows xp less than 20 processes, windows 7 less than 45 processes and MS's holy grail over 200 processes and that's after a fresh install. BS, all BS.
