When receiving an email from a certain person, there body text is blue.  I can't find the 'view settings'.  How do I fix this?
When I minimize Outlook or Word, the document or draft e-mail minimized disappears.  How can I fix that?
how do I get the item list to display the file size for each email in Outlook?
Whenever I forward an Outlook for Mac contact (e.g. vcf), the system defaults me to the message area instead of the To: email address.

This is very annoying and I need to know how to reset the default so the cursor is at the To: email address field instead of the message text field.

I have a problem that´s getting out of hand here. First of all my outlook 2011 crashes quite often and every time recently after it crashes and i reopen, it downloads tons of old mail into my inbox again. This seems to not stop, and sometimes this again will create another crash. On top of this one of my email clients has stopped recieving new emails. I have two ones using the same client only different names, and the other ones works. My friend installed the same outlook at the same time and has no issues. He has snow leopard and i have Lion. Could this be the problem? if so how do i fix it? I have v. 14.0.0

Email shows empty boxes. 
I use a VPS server with multiple domains. I.E., I have several accounts for "larry" @ (multiple domains).

I need to be able to send emails for larry@domain1, larry@domain2, etc.


When I go to download, it duplicates all the larry account messages when it checks the mail for larry@(each domain).

Windows Outlook allowed many accounts and a setting to turn off checking selected accounts.  How do I do this in the Mac version of Outlook?
I would like all the flags and tasks list to be in the Exchange Server task list and delete the local task list.  Is there a way to delete My Tasks.
When I add a new tasks it adds the task to the local tasks list.  I would like by default to have the tasks added to the Exchange Server task list.  Is there a setting for default task list.

I had an interesting question today from our COO. He wanted to know if he could make his "email history" only show personal address book and global contacts or show contacts in the address book and global contact lists first.

 

I could not find a resolution to this, so I was inclined to say "no", but I thought I would ask the question to the forum.
