At last an email domain where my preferred email address is not taken, yet. I was elated, to say the least. That is until I configured my Outlook for Mac 2011 only to find out that my Outlook.com alias folders do not show up. As a matter of fact, the only folder that is displayed is Inbox. You'd think that if my iPhone 5 is able to show the alias folders, so should the Outlook client. Right? Aren't both Microsoft products?
Any ideas other than switching back to Gmail and never looking back?

P.S. For the sake of full disclosure, I've asked this question in the Outlook.com forum too but haven't got any answers.
I have all the settings correct and Outlook can connect and download from Yahoo using IMAP. However, after several hours it stops synching (or at leas stops downloading new emails). Restarting Outlook solves the problem for awhile - till next time. Any idea?
My Outlook has created multiple duplicates of events with repeating occurrences (e.g., birthdays); I have tried to delete each separate event (choosing delete "series" rather than just "occurrence"), but cannot get rid of the duplicate events.  Has anyone experienced this problem?  Any known/suggested fixes would be greatly appreciated.

I've had this issue a couple times now and the fix has just "happened" the last couple times, and I didn't put two and two together until this time.  I'm using outlook 2011 on mac to connect to my work email, which has been working great.  I also have the exchange account on my iDevices, no issues for 2-3 years.  Suddenly, after plugging into the work LAN instead of our guest wifi system, as soon as I disconnect the ethernet, i get "not connected to "valleymed".  It won't connect now, unless the LAN is plugged in.  When I'm on the LAN, everything works fine and as normal, but I cannot get it to connect, either at home or wherever.

I tried changing the password just to see if I would get a login error, nothing.  Last time this happened, even after a clean install and new database, I still couldn't get outlook to connect or detect our exchange settings.  I believe it didn't start working until I got a certificate or authentication popup suddenly a couple days/weeks later.

Any ideas?
I am trying to subscribe to web calendars in Outlook. I've tried following the directions/advice I've found but nothing seems to work.

Specifically, I'm trying to subscribe to Basecamp calendars which give you a webcal link.

I'm using Outlook for Mac 2011, Version 14.3.0.

Ideas?

When replying to emails the 'From' field defaults to be sending emails from my teammate, [it defaults to be from 'Bob', rather than 'Sean' (me)].  Bob as given me reviewer delegate authority on his calendar but NOT authority to send emails.  This happens on every 'reply' or 'reply-all' email I send but only started recently.

I've confirmed the ID is correct in Outlook preferences, Office preferences (via Word preferences), and have confirmed I don't have email send authority for this other users ID.

I've checked on the support blogs and this may be an exchange issue at the server level but it just started recently and I don't believe we've changed our configuration or settings at all.

any help or ideas?
For some reason i can send emails but can not receive them now. This was working fine until i did the software update. It also says "not connected to the server" someone please help me!!! This is office 365 by the way
