I could not access Microsoft word and Outlook in my MAC.Please advice.

A folder has been misfiled; I can locate messages using the Search function but how do I determine the location of the folder in which these messages are contained? Highlighting the message doesn't give any indication of where the folder is located, nor is there any 'locate message' function. Any thoughts?

Thanks

I've exported 10 GB worth of my emails using the Export utility on my Outlook 2007 (PC). Now as I imported the .PST file on my Outlook 2011 (Mac), most and all of the data is imported; however some folders are missing the emails (no big deal, I can copy them)... though the main problem is that the 'Sender' is not showing up any longer in emails older than 11/125/2012. Meaning it does not show who the sender is; it simply shows To, Date, Subject, but not Sender.

I've checked it on my PC version and all the information appear without any issues. Any idea as to what may be causing this? Here's a screenshot:

Hello - I just switched to Outlook 2011 for MAC and I'm looking for the function I used a LOT in windows version which was the "flag for followup" there was an option in a new email to flag it and set a reminder date before sending the message.  I see the follow up flag on the main inbox view but inside a new message there is no option - am I missing it?   Seems really dumb to have to go into my sent items each time I send an email and set it to remind me!

Please help!

I am a new Mac user and I figured out how to make a print workflow so that when I send a PDF to outlook it asks me for a file name so that when I email my clients the PDF filename is relevant - what I'm hoping someone can help me with is this:  Is there a way to create a workflow that:  1) asks me what to name the file 2) copies the resulting renamed PDF into my clipboard so that I can paste the file into an existing outlook message?  (I often print files to pdf and save them to desktop and then attach them to my reply)  I would like to save the steps in between.   All of my efforts so far have resulted in only the FILE NAME being saved into the clipboard rather than the PDF.

Appreciate you more experianced users help:)

I have always been using Outlook to access my hotmail emails. On my PC I was using Outlook Connector and was able to sync my hotmail folders.

I have recently acquired an imac and I am using outlook to access my hotmail messages.

I would like to sync my hotmail folders as well. Do I need Outlook connector? Is there a specific procedure to be used with Imac?

Thanks
