When i contact the customer service for Outlook 2011 for MAC only, they say i now have to buy the full pack of Office for Mac Business 2011 which has the same WORD, EXCEL and PPT that i already have which are working perfectly fine.  I don't need to understand why i need to buy all 4 of them in a bundle and why cannot i just buy Outlook 2011 for MAC?   Every other company offers these programs individually. Why not Microsoft?  Why this restrictive bundling is being enforced on consumers????????

Am I the only one who's seeing this issue?

I have Office for Mac Home and Student installed on my macbook and until recently it has stopped working and acts like I need to purchase it again. I already used up the free trial it offered so I could get a paper done, but that has now expired. When I click on either the Word, PowerPoint or Excel icons, a window pops up with the options to either purchase a product key or enter a product key number. When I try to purchase it, I can only purchase the upgrade since the Home and Student is already installed. The upgrade to the business edition is 200+ so I'm trying to avoid that! Any suggestions?
I have Office for Mac Home and Student and want to upgrade to having Outlook. I've tried upgrading via my software but get a message that my product key is invalid. Neither can I find any links on the microsoft site. Does it make any difference that I'm in Australia?
