I see where my identity is...all my info is there but it says I can't replace it because it's not my default. I just want my stuff back....bahhhhh
I had an email account set up in Outlook for mac 2011. I had all my emails in the account, plus around 500 contacts, all my calendar dates in outlook and all of a sudden it is all deleted. I go to my outlook and it's like I never set up an account or added
contacts. It has gone back to before I added an account, contacts or calendar. Am I really going to have to enter my account, contacts, and calendar all over again? What a hassle!
My issue is that some meeting and events that i have been sent. the time or the recurrence time is set for Monrovia. I am not it Monrovia and i can't find any setting that says Monrovia. The events come from different people their time zone are not set
to Monrovia or anything. All settings that we can find are Eastern US times.

How do I turn off the automatic File compression when I attach a document to an Outlook email? Many times the receiver cannot open the compressed attachment because they don't have Mac Outlook, and in other cases the attachment doesn't warrant a compression
because it is small.
I have sended a mail before completion and want get it i back before it is opened by the receipients. Is this possible?
The Mailaccount is hosted on Exchange 2010-Server. And I know with Outlook 2010 it is possible.

How can I copy appointments contacts within the same Outlook account - to avoid re-entering same information for new meetings and contacts?
I have been an Office for Mac early adopters (from the initial release) but that doesn't ease the incredible frustration that Outlook for Mac seems to have been at pains to lose the most obvious menu options from Outlook for Windows and Web Access.
I want to be able to copy a record, edit just one or two fields and have created a completely new record (eg a string of meetings that doesn't neatly recur; or a team of people from the same organisation).
Any assistance gratefully appreciated.

Sync Services is syncing calendar entries TO iCalendar, but not FROM iCalendar; and it is not syncing TO or FROM iContacts. Any help?
Is it possible to Cleanup Conversations in the same way as is available in the PC version of Outlook ? That is to delete messages that are fully incorporated inside other messages in a string of emails ?
It would be really useful to have this feature.
Running 10.7.5 up to date. When I booted up the computer this morning, I opened Outlook as usual. The Outlook Home Screen showed my Inbox but not the links to any other folders (e.g. Sent, Drafts or any other folders I created). In addition, I could
not see the links to other Office functions like Calendar or Contacts.
