I am migrating from a PC & Outlook 2007. I exported 4 user email accounts to 4 separate pst files. I imported them into my Mac's Outlook 2011 and all the emails are in 4 separate inboxes. Do I now need to "Add Accounts" so that Outlook 2011 recognizes all 4 accounts again? I'd like to have mail from all 4 accounts show up in a single inbox.
I need to remove outlook 2011 for Mac and reinstall from scratch. Now I have tons of mails and data in the local "on my mac" folders of outlook - and also tons on the exchange folder.

Now I want to setup a new Outlook 2011 - but when I put the data folder back in place and connect to the net, what happens with all the exchange-backed mails which are both in the data folder AND online? what can I avoid having them all double?
Lately I have frequently received the message: "Emailaddress or Itemld must be included in the request" when I attempt to send out an email.  I do have an address included.

It doesn't happen every time.  But frequently enough to cause me to use a different server.
I'd like to know how to mark an email with a return receipt so you know it's been opened by the person who you sent the email to.
On my windows version of outlook, i could export to a pst.  I would export my entire email (inbox, sent, deleted...) by doing this and i would not create duplicates by selecting this choice.  Therefore, my back up file would increase in size the more i added to it but it would maintain the one file.  How can i accomplish this on the mac version of outlook.  It seems i would i have to drag each email off the server now to the corresponding folder  on "on my computer".  Before, with a few key strokes, i added the most current emails i wanted off the server to the pst file that already contained my previous export(s).  Sorry if confusing.  Please help.

Hi, I'm new to macs and outlook (PC and Lotus Notes background).  What special key do I use on the mac keyboard for select the first memo, the 3rd memo, etc in my inbox so I can put them in a folder?

It was CTL on a PC and that acts like a right click.

Thanks, Dave

Outlook 14.3.2 Update sent emails moving to junk

Morning, Having issues with Hosted Exchange since an Outlook 14.3.2 (130206) update. Emails sents from a hosted exchange (via Outlook desktop) are being moved into the junk folder.

When sending via Apple Mail or OWA all fine, but fall back into junk when syncing with Outlook desktop.

Are there any known issues?

Spec: Mac
Outlook: 14.3.2 (130206)

Thanks,
Andy

I'm using Outlook Web access from a Mac OS X 10.6.8 and Firefox 19.0.2

I am trying to « mark as unread » a message in my inbox. Contextual menu from right-cliking is not available, as well as the shortcuts supossed to work with PC are not working ... Is there another way ?!
