I have AGAIN the same problem. I can't see all the list of the recipient when receive a message, the list is truncated.
Business has changed from using Windows XP (Office Pro 2007) to iMac (Office Mac 2011). From Outlook tasks, I transferred the tasks (job) list via .pst. export but it did not duplicate ALL fields as required across to the Mac, Mac will not allow me to
customise the fields to create specific fields according to these needs. Jobs are on various rotations and need to be as per my previous functions. How can I duplicate exactly to what I have previously been using?

I upgraded Outlook yesterday. I have Office for Mac 2011. I lost almost all messages since last May and I also lost many folders when Outlook reverted the folder structure to a very old folder structure. This is hundreds of emails (and a much improved
folder structure).
Help!
Many thanks,

Hello,
I have an odd issue: I have a client who is a consultant that has two different email accounts between two different companies. One is running Exchange 2007 SP3 and the other is Office 365. Both accounts are configured as exchange accounts in Outlook 2011. Outlook 2011 is version 14.3.2 and the OS is Mountain Lion on the mac.
The thing is that mail from all his folders is being replicated, or synchronized between both Exchange accounts. I cant figure out how its doing this synchronization because mail is coming into the inbox on the onsite exchange server, and it did not arrive there via SMTP.
So for example his sent mail in Company A is also showing up in his sent mail in Company B even with the From fields and to fields intact. so its *** Email address is removed for privacy *** showing up in B.com's exchange server.
I am trying to replicate the problem on My Mac by making accounts in both companies with Outlook 2011, but so far I havent seen any mail copy over.
Any ideas?
Thanks,

We have several Mac computers in our office running Mountain Lion and Outlook 2011. Outlook keeps asking for the Exchange 365 password. We've tried reinstalling Outlook and rebuilding the 365 profile and the problem keeps happening. We are about to
give up on Outlook and just use Apple Mail. Any ideas what is going on here?
