Hello everyone,

I run a small business in which email is the mail source of our business working. I own a mac book pro and have office 2011 for mac installed.
Most of the employees use a windows based system, so i also thought to switch over to windows platform (for better synchronization) as i have a dell inspiron with office 2007 installed.

Now the main problem arises is that i want to move my emails from mac outlook to windows outlook, which i don't know how to do.
Please help with some helpful solutions.

Thank you.
In Mac Outlook 2011, can I replicate the Windows function of right-clicking on one or many selected emails in Inbox, choose 'Move to Folder...' from the pop up menu, then select the 'New' button to create a new folder underneath a selected folder and those selected emails get Moved to that newly created folder. Pasted image below from the Windows Outlook side.

Thanks,
Pete
By creating an email account there is an option Windos on "more settings" I set the server timeout, but in the Outlok for mac not find it, know if there is this option?
This option is useful when I produce mail delivery problems when traveling to other countries like China.

Hello,

Environment:

AD authenticated

Folder redirection enabled (including AppData(Roaming))

Office 365 (ADFS)

Problem:

The following Outlook error message is triggered when waking from sleep.  "Microsoft Outlook must be closed because an error occurred..."

The issue only occurs when Outlook is re-accessed after being woken.  If Outlook is closed and requires it to be open, nthere are no issues.  If Outlook is completely closed prior to sleep, there are no issues.

Any ideas?

On the Organize tab under Contacts, my Permissions folder is inaccessible, so I am wondering how I can stop seeing other contacts that are not mine.  Thanks!!

I desire to reinstall it on my Mac, but i believe the instructions I have found only apply up to SP 2.

My main issue is a spinning ball with Outlook
I keep getting this error in my outlook: An operation on the server timed out. The server may be down, overloaded, or there may be too much net traffic.

This has been going on for weeks. I am able to download fine on my phone BUT on my IMAC I just keep getting this error? I am not sure what to do - or if there is anything to do?

I have been using Outlook on Windows since at least 1998 (15 years!!). It's always been an essential productivity tool for my work.   It's is THE app that is always open and it's unique in how it powerfully combines calendar, email, tasks, etc.    I recently moved to Outlook for Mac 2011.  What a HUGE disappointment.  Outlook on Mac is perhaps only 60-70% of what it is on windows.  The spam filter doesnt work (they couldn't confirmed no fix at the Microsoft store) and there are dozens and dozens of very small missing features or very annoying ones (like inability to turn off familiar name display for emails).  Outlook on Mac is now a huge productivity drain.   It is hard to express my huge disappointment in Microsoft, Gates, Balmer and crew.  Does anyone care about loyal (or formerly loyal) Outlook power users??  Microsoft you make it VERY hard to stay a loyal customer.  I can't find any information on the web that suggest this there are upcoming releases in Outlook on Mac to make it better.   Are their?  can anyone tell me why I should continue to use Outlook on Mac?  I can't imagine that Mac Mail is any worse.....

signed a very, very disappointed microsoft customer.
Here's a screenshot to better describe what my dock looks like after the update yesterday to 14.3.4

These emails cannot be found in any folder. This aberration appeared immediately after the update process was completed.
