I've used Outlook on the PC for many years now and a feature that has always been useful is that when I close an email in the in box, the next message or previous message would automatically open. I cannot find where to enable this feature on Outlook for Mac. Does anyone know if it exists and if so how to enable it?

With Windows, my Gmail online was never deleted when deleting in Outlook 2007.

I LIKED THIS! Gmail was a great backup!

Now, with Outlook 2011 for Mac, all Gmails are being deleted when deleting them from Outlook. I have tried changing IMAP settings and it doesn't work. Help please!
Last night checked email at 8.   Checked again at 11 and both of my email accounts were missing.   I didn't do anything.  What happened.   I recreated one of them, but the contacts and emails were gone.    The server was down this morning for a few hours, after they accounts were deleted, but I don't think this is related.

ARGGGG I really want to use Outlook, but several times now I've closed and re-opened it only to find that all of my email has disappeared.  My settings, my signatures, everything.  What can be happening here and how do I resolve it?  Thanks!
I was prompted to download a 2011 Microsoft Office update for my mac OS X 10.6.5. After the download a popup box appeared, saying, "Microsoft Outlook wants to use your confidential information stored in pop-server...etc...in your keychain" with the options of "Always Allow, Deny and Allow". I checked "Deny"; however, Microsoft won't take "no" for an answer and the same prompt continues to reappear incessantly though I continue to answer "Deny". It's annoying, intrusive and I want it to stop.
Hi there,

For the life of me I cannot find the setting that sends NON-zipped (compressed) files in Outlook.
I'm running Snow Leopard on a Mac.

This seems like it should be an easy answer. Can anyone help?

Thanks!
Heather
Just setup Outllook account on Mac.  Email synced fine, but contacts and calendar from cloud (live.com) did not sync.  Do these sync currently on Mac?  Is there something else I need to do besides connecting my outlook account?  thanks

Is Microsoft going to correct the issue they have with being unable to sync Outlook for Mac 2011 with the iPhone on an Apple device? If Sync Services will not work what is Microsoft going to do about it? I am getting very tired of the finger pointing and am getting to the point of having to make a decision - stop using Outlook which will lead to stopping the use of MS office for a multitude of people. We need to be able to sync these iPhones with Outlook but cannot.

We are running the latest Apple OS and iOS as we should be. Will Microsoft correct their problem?
