Calendar updates not updating in Outlook 2011

I'm using Outlook 2011 on an Exchange 2007 server.   When I receive meeting invites, things show up on the calendar just fine.

If I get updates to the meeting, such as a new room or a new conference dial-in number, these sit in my inbox and say:

"This meeting conflicts with another event on your Calendar"

"Your calendar has been updated automatically.  No response is necessary."

But the meeting is NOT updated.   I find myself walking around the building seeing the wrong meeting information on my iPhone or even my Mac if I'm not looking in my Inbox to see if there are updates.

Thoughts?

Outlook 2011 will not open at all

I got a virus and removed it. My AppleMac now works normally again except Outlook 2011 will not open. It starts to open then immediately closes. I need to fix this as quickly as possible.
Is there anyone out there who can help this damsel in distress please?? :-(

Arrange by conversation does not show messages from all folders

I use conversation view all the time and am very used to the Windows version of Outlook.  With Windows I was able to see messages from all folders including Sent Items.  In the Mac version, you can only see messages from the Inbox and its subfolders.  I know you can click on the funny arrow/bubble icon in the preview pane, but that does not solve the problem.  In that view you can only see individual messages by opening yet another windows.

So the question is: is it possible to force messages from all folders including Sent Items to show up in conversation view?

Both Microsoft and Apple have told me they are waiting for the other to fix the issue with Syncing the Outlook Calendar via iTunes to an iphone - which seems to be no longer possible using Mountain Lion. has anyone found a work-a-round for this? Thanks.

Can I import emails from a backup of Main Identity? I don’t use Exchange Server.

While attempting to change email hosts, I lost the previous 4 months of emails.  I now have a gap between  13 Feb and 17 June.  Can I import emails only from a Main Identity backup on 14 June without overwriting the emails on 17 & 18 June, and if so, how do I do this please?

can not access my yahoo e mail account through Outlook

hi,

all of a sudden I can not access my yahoo e mail account through Outlook and get the message "yahoo returned the error (AUTH) incorrect username/password (MBR 1213). I then have to change the password in Yahoo whereafter is can access the e mails for a few minutes then I get the error message again....any help out there?

I have two On my Computer option within my Outlook 2011

I had issue with My Outlook keep crashing after my Outlook 2011 perform a sync.
I called Apple and they help me to turn off the sync option off my Phone. 
After that everything within My calendar and Contacts were duplicating. 
I was able to fix the duplication of the Calendar Items and the Contacts, but now I have two On my computer Icons  in the   navigation pane. 
Can anyone answer my question why am I seeing that thanks :)
